What an amazing machine. It is literally so complex, scientists are still trying to figure it out. We have existed and endured through more than we could ever imaged, evolved, and still continue to. Our body is composed of numerous systems all working together in harmony to create a flow of function. It is understanding each one and how they function together that really connects you to your body. Here is everything to do with the body. 
 
 

TRAINING

 
X2 is a training system developed by myself and Omar Bolden, designed to remove the limitations often put on training and make movement the priority. The workouts are all focused on minimal equipment, minimal time and maximal effort, or as we like to call it, Optymyzing The Work.

Un-Diet is an eating system designed to simply teach you how to eat again. To break up with diet and fads, and really learn how to fuel the body. When you understand food and what your body needs, results follow. We are health focused, not aesthetic focused. If you want to make these lifelong changes, this is for you.
