The Virtual Bootcamp
It is time for us all to end 2020 on a positive note. This virtual class will be a toning focused workout with Emily. All modifications and adjustments will be provided for all fitness levels! All you need to do is sign up from the comfort of your home.

When you follow the link you can see the available class schedule for a frequency of 2xweek. The classes are 45 min. You can see the rest of the month, January will release the last week of December.
